We put as much thought into getting your order to you as we do into making it. Here's everything you need to know.

 

Processing & Dispatch

Every order is freshly made and packed by hand. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of your order being placed (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

 

UK Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically arriving within 2-5 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

£3.99 flat rate on orders under £30

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. If you're outside the UK and interested in trying Nom, get in touch via our contact page — we'll see what we can do.

 

Delays & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Royal Mail. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll investigate straight away.

 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. Unfortunately we can't be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
