Every bag of Nom Granola leaves our kitchen freshly made and packed with care. We want you to love every single bite — but if something isn't right, we promise we'll sort it.


Returns

Because our granola is a freshly made food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not up to standard, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

Please check your order when it arrives. If there's an issue, email hello@nomgranola.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo where possible. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can.


Non-Returnable Items

We're unable to process returns on opened or partially consumed products, sale items or gift cards.

 

Order Cancellations

We bake fresh to order, so if you need to cancel please email hello@nomgranola.com as soon as possible. We'll always try our best to help before your order is dispatched.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect this.
